02.11.24 Whale Counts

A beautiful day for a run! and boy did we make a run, as we made our way out today there did not seem like much life happening up to the north, but there were reports far to the south of some large marine mammals. So we made our way all the way down to the border and were rewarded with a trio of Gray whales, that may have been engaging in some courting behavior. Saw multiple tail flukes and rolls, and was a gorgeous day out on the water.
