03.19.25 Whale Counts

Sunny skies and an abundance of life off the coast of San Diego today! For our first trip we caught up with 2 different species of dolphins, The Common Dolphin and The Offshore Bottlenose dolphin! both were having a great time surfing with the boat and put on quite the show! For our second we got to witness one of the larger feeding frenzies we have seen in a long time. There were thousands of birds, hundreds of Common Dolphin and most importantly 2 Humpback Whales! We watched as these whales chased around bait fish and even got to see them lunge feed, and one breached for us! truly unforgettable.
