04.10.24 Whale Counts

An amazing day on the water! Beautiful ocean conditions and sunny weather and mammal life galore! We started out our trip getting to see around 150 Common Dolphin, before we made our way out looking for a much larger animal. Unfortunately did not locate the whale but got rewarded for our efforts with a pod of Offshore Bottlenose Dolphin! Even as we were coming into Mission bay we got to see a Baby Gray Whale, and we wish it luck on its journey up to Alaska.
