06.15.24 Whale Counts

Today was a very special day as we successfully completed a hat trick! 3 trips, all with very successful encounters with some of the best animals we encounter here in San Diego. On our first trip, we saw around 150 Common Dolphin, Followed by 50 Rissos Dolphins (a personal favorite of mine) and 2 blue whales! On our second and third trips we got to encounter around 400 Common Dolphin, and 2 Blue Whales. A spectacular day!
