10.14.24 Whale Counts

A truly spectacular day of whale watching as we got to see some of our favorite animals. For our first trip we caught up with a super pod of Common Dolphin, over 500 strong and in the mix, 2 southbound humpback whales! For our second trip the hits just kept on coming as we saw smaller scattered pods of Common Dolphin but the highlight was a Mom/baby pair of Humpback Whales! this pair put on the most incredible show with the calf throwing its tail around and the Mom breached for us!
