12.12.24 Whale Counts

A slightly more typical winter day ocean condition wise but it led to some amazing sightings! We started off with a very large pod of around 500 Common Dolphin, and were surprised with a sighting of a Fin Whale! We followed this giant and got to see some massive spouts as it moved to the southwest!
