12.26.23 Whale Counts

What a day! This was one of those types of days with alot of anticipation, as we started off the first trip with a report of potential Orca in the area. We made a run to the 9 mile bank to try and catch up with them, but mother nature had other ideas. unfortunately unable to relocate them, but not deterred we made out way our for our second trip where we were graced with two different species of marine mammal! we got some see some super exciting Pacific White sided dolphin, followed by a really curious Gray Whale. Turned out to be a beautiful day and cannot wait for the rest of the weeks trips.
