Dolphins Everywhere!

It appears the fog has finally lifted off our coast line. This Am we headed offshore in clear sky’s and glassy seas. Just a few minutes of clearing the harbor we were greeted with our first pod of playful common dolphins. Little did we know that would be the first of many pods found today. It appeared that nearshore was teaming with life as a hungry bird school was diving into the water not far from our first sighted pod! We were treated to a sight of feeding common dolphins along with sealions, pelicans, cormorants, and gulls. After spending some time watching an at sea feast, we headed offshore to find several more pods of common dolphins cruising our local waters. With glassy seas, clear sky’s and an abundance of marine life this trip was a memorable one!
